14 <br /> The Owner shall use the services of a professional architect or engineer to <br /> perform Project design and contract administration. The professional engineer <br /> or architect shall be licensed in the State of Washington to perform such services <br /> and shall possess errors and omissions insurance covering its performance of <br /> such services. <br /> D. Project Schedule <br /> The obligation of the Owner to construct and/or acquire or cause the construction <br /> and/or acquisition of the Project in the manner required by this Section XIII and <br /> in the time required by Exhibit F (the "Project Schedule"), attached hereto and <br /> by this reference incorporated herein. If, in the reasonable opinion of the City, f; <br /> the Owner fails to meet or cause to be met the Project Schedule or Construction <br /> standards referred to herein, the City shall be entitled to exercise any or all of its <br /> remedies for breach pursuant to Section XVIII of this Agreement. <br /> XIV. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS; ANNUAL REPORTS <br /> Once the Project has been completed, the Owner shall, for the term of the 4 <br /> Agreement, submit to the City upon request program participant information, which <br /> may include, but is not limited to, income, , race, disability status, number of persons i <br /> turned away, etc. <br /> XVII. AUDITS; INSPECTIONS <br /> The Owner agrees that it and the Project are subject to audit by the City and to i <br /> recovery for any audit exception which occurs due to its negligence or failure to i <br /> comply with the terms of this Agreement. <br /> , <br /> At any time during the term of this Agreement, the City or its designee may enter t <br /> and inspect the physical premises of the Owner's office and inspect all accounting <br /> and other records pertaining to the Project, the Premises and the Loan. Upon <br /> request by the City, the Owner shall notify the occupants of the workforce <br /> development center tenant space on the Premises of upcoming inspections or <br /> records in accordance with State law.
