The sale was supposed to be with the understanding that the <br /> new owned would secure permits to bring the structure into compliance. The new owner Rang V Duong <br /> took out a permit in February to demolish the existing building D1602-002. My follow up inspection <br /> 9/30/16 shows that the residential structure has been completely remodeled and i find no permits in <br /> CRW.
