New or re-installed lavatories should be shown fully accessible for mounting heights and clearances. IEBC Section 705.2 New Comment: Full grab bars (including the vertical grab bars) are to be provided. Please revise drawings to indicate these requirements. Also, it appears that the sink hot water line and drain is not wrapped. Please clarify and revise drawings.
