OK—the building was originally built in 1985—which was before the 1993 fire suppression and <br /> detection ordinance—so that checks out fine. <br /> On the permit I checked 'no' as to the fire alarm back when I approved the permit last year. So the <br /> permit as printed should not have any requirement for a fire alarm (Tenant Improvement, Group B <br /> occupancy with an occupant load of 45 personsj. <br /> Am I missing something here?
