Please review and <br /> respond 1:o the comments below. <br /> General <br /> 1. The following information should be shown/provided on the plans per Section 107.2.1: <br /> a. The drawings should be draw to conventional standards — to include wall <br /> thicknesses and a conventional scale. <br /> b. A diagram should be provided showing where the tenant space is within the <br /> overall building on the site. <br /> c. The plans should state the type of construction, whether the building is <br /> sprinklerd, has a fire alarm and codes in effect. <br /> 2. Elevations and plans should be provided for the accessible toilet rooms and fi�ures that <br /> include the following per Section 1109.2: <br /> a. Mounting heights and lengths of each required grab bar at the toilets and <br /> showers, <br /> b. Toilet seat height, location from wall and clear floor space requirements, <br /> c. Lavatory mounting heights, clearances, clear floor spaces and guarding <br /> requirements, <br /> d. Shower type (roll-in or transfer), seat and clear-floor space requirements. <br /> 3. An exhaust fan should be shown in each toilet room, vented to the outside. IMC Section <br /> 403.3.1.1 <br /> 4. The water fountains (hi-lo are required per Section 1109.5.1) should be detailed on the <br /> plans with mounting heights, elevations and clearances.
