<br /> I own a commercial building at 7024 Evergreen Way. I occupy suite B with my insurance office. I have suite A vacant,
<br /> for about 3 years now.
<br /> In 2011 I remodeled a storage space to a commercial suite A. The work to this unit was extensive and there were maybe
<br /> 5 or 6 permits involved. I truly assumed everything was done, completed, and signed off.
<br /> I have a potential new tenant working on permits for suite A and part of the listed requirements were that permit number
<br /> M1109-042 was not signed off by the city. This was quite alarming to me since the entire work process was concluded.
<br /> Please let me know what I need to do to get this permit closed, inspected, etc. This suite has NEVER had a tenant. This
<br /> suite C has been vacant since the work was completed and has never been occupied.
