(North building) <br /> Here is a summary of our continuing concerns and the required corrections relating to this matter. <br /> Inspection has identified numerous electrical deficiencies and code violations within this building, including but not <br /> limited to: <br /> � <br /> Open electrical connections, incorrectly sized breakers and wiring, non-compliant electrical installations concealed <br /> behind ceilings. Unsafe wiring installed without required permits and approvals. <br /> A thorough investigation is necessary to identify and correct all electrical deficiencies throughout this building.This <br /> investigation and the associated corrections shall be conducted by the approved contractor of record. <br /> All necessary repairs and corrected work must be inspected and approved by the city's electrical inspector. <br /> This work and the associated investigation shall include, but is not limited to: <br /> 1.To properly assess, identify, and understand the electrical system, a "one line" drawing of the system for this building <br /> must be provided.This drawing must be prepared by a knowledgeable and qualified individual. <br /> 2. Properly and correctly separate all electrical circuits by occupancy throughout this building. <br /> 3. "Safe off" or remove all open electrical conductors and connections within the building. <br /> 4.
