7207 Evergreen Way <br /> North and South Buildings <br /> Current Violations and Partial Permit History <br /> Permit Services, Planning, Public Works, Traffic and Code Enforcement met on June 28, <br /> 2016 to discuss four tenant suites without occupancy approvals in the north and south <br /> buildings at this address. <br /> There is currently no occupancy approval for a daycare or classroom tenant in the north <br /> building for Enchanted Little Forest Child Care South Center. <br /> • They are currently operating without occupancy approval inn=in the north <br /> building as a school classroom. <br /> • The south building, where the daycare was originally permitted in mit has <br /> had a change of use to include a school, which will also require approvals. <br /> In addition,there are two church tenants in Suite F and - =, operating without <br /> occupancy approvals: Victory Christian Center(Suite F) and Iglesia Cristiana Palabra de <br /> Amor(Suite G). <br /> Code sections for the Violation Citation: <br /> • 2012 IPMC Section 108.1.4—unlawful structure <br /> • 2012 IBC Section 105.1 - Permits <br /> • 2012 IBC Section 111.1—Use and Occupancy. <br /> North Building <br /> • New classroom <br /> o Sprinkler system required based on change of use to school, occupant <br /> load, and unseparated uses. <br /> o Detection system at the time of permitting. <br /> o Seismic analysis may be required, based on scope of unpermitted work <br /> that occurred since 1995 permit. <br /> o Toilet room access will need to be reviewed. <br /> o Parking will need to be reviewed. Playground access is in parking area. • <br /> • Two new church tenants <br /> o Sprinkler system required based on change of occupancy to assembly and <br /> square footage of building with unseparated uses. <br /> o Detection system required. <br /> o Seismic analysis may be required, based on scope of unpermitted work. <br /> South Building <br /> • New school Previous permit issued to Doll-Fin Daycare in 1995. <br /> o Sprinkler system may be required based on change of use to school, <br /> under the 2015 International Existing Building Code, <br /> o Detection system required. j <br /> o Seismic analysis may be required, based on scope of unpermitted work.
