W1606-008 <br /> AC I ION: Building permit applications required for four tenants <br /> A building permit application will be required for the change of use or occupancy for four tenants at <br /> this address, per the 2012 International Building Code, sections 105.1 and 111.1. Please submit four <br /> separate permit applications with two sets of drawings for each tenant, to comply with the Code <br /> Enforcement Violation Citation for the north and south buildings at this address. <br /> The attached violations list summarizes our concerns regarding occupancy approvals in four tenant <br /> suites listed above.
