(3rd and final Reading and <br /> Public Hearing on 5-16-18). <br /> (2) CB 1804-19 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special <br /> Improvement Project entitled "American Legion Memorial Park Playground <br /> Replacement — Phase 2", Fund 354, Program 056, for the Replacement of Park <br /> Playground Equipment. (3rd and final Reading on 5-16-18). <br /> CONSENT: <br /> (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $2,573,963.82 for the period of April 21, 2018 through April 27, 2018. <br /> (4) Adopt Resolution declaring one Navistar Aid Car Surplus and authorizing its sale at <br /> public auction. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with the YMCA of Snohomish County <br /> substantially in the form provided. <br /> (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 Transit Advertising Agreement with <br /> Lamar Transit LLC, at no cost to the City. <br /> (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Brian Borrello <br /> for the Broadway Transit Corridor Project in the amount of $50,000. <br />
