Refer to the grading plan for more details. <br /> • Drainage: The site runoff drains to the existing drainage system. <br /> • Soils: Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood- <br /> Urban land complex, 2 to 8 percent slopes.
