Legion Golf Course Stormwater Detention Project <br /> City of Everett Work Order#UP3620 <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Exhibit C-2—Additional Construction Management Support <br /> Murraysmith, formerly Murray, Smith&Associates, Inc., has developed the following scope <br /> of work and fee estimate for additional engineering services for the Legion Golf Course <br /> Stormwater Detention Project, City of Everett Project#UP3620-2. The scope and fee have <br /> been developed based on requested additional engineering to support the project through the <br /> construction phase. <br /> Task Description <br /> Task 13—Construction Management Support <br /> This task represents limited involvement of the Murraysmith team during the construction of <br /> the improvements to support the City's project manager and construction management group. <br /> Murraysmith's involvement will be limited to support and periodic collaboration with the <br /> City,the construction contractor, permitting agencies and others, all at the direction of the <br /> City up to the extent of the budget for this task. Elements of this task include: <br /> • Meetings—Attend project progress meetings with City and contractor, as requested. <br /> • Shop Drawings and Submittals—Review construction submittals, as directed by the <br /> City, for conformance with project documents. Prepare review comments and submit <br /> to City electronically. <br /> • Site Visits—Conduct periodic site visits, as requested,to support the City's on-site <br /> inspector and observe work in the golf course at key project milestones, including <br /> final inspection. <br /> • Clarifications and Changes—Murraysmith will assist with issuing clarifications to <br /> the construction contractor and responding to design changes, change orders, as <br /> requested. Prepare review comments and submit to City electronically. <br /> • Modeling Support—Additional hydraulic modeling support services as requested by <br /> the City. <br /> • Operational Narrative (O&M Manual) —At the request of the City, develop a <br /> narrative on the Public Works-based operation of the stormwater improvements, <br /> including the control structures and valving.
