Upon acceptance and use <br /> of this report, and its interpretations and recommendations, the owner shall agree to indemnify and hold <br /> harmless MTC, including its owners and employees, from any adverse effects resulting from <br /> development and residence in a critical area. Ultimately it is the owner's choice to develop and live in a <br /> geologically hazardous area, and therefore the future consequences, both anticipated and unknown, are <br /> solely the responsibility of the owner. The discussions and interpretations presented herern are not <br /> intended to provide a warranty or guarantee of future site conditions.
