At present, the City does not routinely issue <br /> temporary certificates of occupancy for single family dwellings. However, <br /> the.City does provide a final sign off for each building when all aspects of <br /> the construction meet the applicable codes. <br /> The construction of this house has passed the final inspection with regard <br /> to construction permit issues and the project itself is substantially <br /> complete. However, there are site development issues that remain to be <br /> addressed such as the engineering for an exterior retaining wall and paving <br /> of the driveway in order to better control rain water runoff from the site. <br /> These items must be completed before we move into the rainy season of <br /> the year.
