FINDINGS AND DECISION <br /> OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br /> OF NABEL AND KATHERYNN SAWIRIS VARIANCE #15-007 <br /> FOR APPROVAL OF A VARlANCE <br /> SUMMARY OF DECIS[ON: A variance to ailow the gross floor area of a <br /> dwelling to exceed 50% of tF�e lot area on <br /> property located at 2107 Grand Avenue, <br /> Everett, Washington, is granted subject to <br /> conditions listed herein. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Nabel and Katherynn Sawiris (Applicant) requested approval of a variance from the <br /> standards of Everett Municipal Code {EMC) 19.7.010.D which limit grass floor area of a <br /> dwelling to 50% of the lot area. The requested variance is for the property at 2107 <br /> Grand Avenue, Everett, Washington, 98201 (subject property). <br /> A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City af Everett on <br /> November 4, 2015.
