• ` :•Z'G TT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled"American Legion <br /> Memorial Park Playground Replacement—Phase 2",Fund 354, Program 056, for the <br /> replacement of park playground equipment. <br /> WHEREAS,the City is committed to a planned parks capital improvement program as a <br /> part of the City of Everett Parks& Community Services Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, funding approval is being requested for the utilisation of Capital <br /> Improvement Program 3 (CIP3)for costs related to the replacement of playground <br /> equipment at American Legion Memorial Park; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 354, Program 056, and shall <br /> be entitled"American Legion Memorial Park Playground Replacement—Phase 2"to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 354, Program 056, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Community Services Director,under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things necessary to accomplish the actions authorized in this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$150,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 056, "American <br /> Legion Memorial Park Playground Replacement—Phase 2" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $150,000 <br /> Total Estimated Costs $150,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 154—CIP 3 $150,000 <br /> Total Estimated Funds $150,000 <br /> 82 <br />
