(attached) <br /> The concerns related to the unpermitted 13th apartment unit are valid. I was not able to find any permits for the <br /> creation and required approvals for the 13th unit. <br /> Based on my research, the observations of E5 and the subsequent concerns raised by Jeff Alford, it is my determination <br /> that this building is an Unlawful Structure per the IPMC.
