Hearing Examiner sets July 15, 2016 to remove the graffiti, discarded <br /> items, and overgrown vegetation from the property. The property was to be <br /> maintained in a clean, safe, secure, and sanitary condition. <br /> 07/20/16: Inspection of the property revealed conditions remained the same as previously <br /> observed. <br /> 08/03/16: Posted 30 day warning letter of intent to abate violations on property. <br /> 09/08/16: Inspection of the property revealed violations of the EMC remained in public <br /> view. <br /> 09/12/16: Referred case to legal department for processing. <br /> 11/03/17: City's motion for summary judgment and warrant of abatement granted. <br /> 03/15/18: Abatement completed by Forma Construction Company. <br /> 04/11/18: Notice of abatement cost sent via regular, certified mail and posting. <br /> 04/12/18: Notice of Council Hearing is sent certified and posted on property. <br /> 05/16/18: Council Hearing. <br />
