Stormwater Site Plan Report MSD 2016 Portables — ACES High School Minimum Requirement#2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention (CSWPP) The CSWPP consists of two parts: the SWPPP plan drawings in the civil drawing set and the narrative in this document. See Section IX. SECTION II. PLOT PLAN The civil engineering plans include all the plot plan information. SECTION III. PRELIMINARY CONDITIONS SUMMARY The property is 49.26 acres in size and there is an existing portable classroom located where the new portable building will be. The school site is rather flat, but the general area slopes down to the south and east to a tributary to North Creek. Because this project will replace an existing portable building in the same location, runoff conditions will not be changed by this project. � SECTION IV. OFF-SITE ANALYSIS Upstream: The school site is fully developed with catch basins and a piped drainage system and it sits on a gentle drainage divide, so runoff does not drain onto the site from uphill. Downstream: The runoff from the new portable's roof, ramps, and walkways will drain to the existing storm drainage system in the same manner as the existing portable being replaced does. SECTION V. PERMANENT STORMWATER CONTROL PLAN ANALYSIS AND DESIGN Not applicable. This project will not change the site's impervious surface coverage. SECTION VI. SPECIAL REPORTS AND STUDIES No special reports or studies were conducted for this project. SECTION VII. BASIN AND COMMUNITY PLANNING AREAS This project is not subject to any specific basin or community planning area requirements. SECTION VIII. OTHER PERMITS No other permits, beside those required by the City of Everett are anticipated for this project. SECTION IX. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN Because the site is already prepared for a portable classroom, the risk of construction-related erosion is minimal. Some trenching will be required for utility connections for the new portable classroom, and erosion control notes are included on the plans addressing erosion control these elements, if needed. However, the erosion risk is low for this project due to the timing, and the fact that the portable must be in place before the start of school in September. SECTION X.
