Section 3. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 2347-98, as amended (EMC 3.78.150) is amended by the <br /> addition of the following, which shall be codified as EMC 3.78.15O.D. For the purposes of clarity <br /> and consistency with prior ordinances, the exhibit attached to this ordinance is marked as <br /> Exhibit D. <br /> D. Waterfront Place Urban Center.
