Contact garden clubs. <br /> Early bird vendors are notified of admittance to Sorticulture.Attend NW Flower& <br /> February Garden Show to promote Sorticulture and scout for new vendors, speakers and display <br /> gardens. <br /> Notify all other vendors of acceptance in to Sorticulture. Select food trucks. Print <br /> March promotional materials: utility bill insert, posters, postcards, billboards. Order rentals <br /> and confirm security.
