The charge on it is$65.00. Your proposal to install the brick pavers has
merit but will not be acceptable where the driveway comes off the roadway. This will need to be asphalt as is the
existing portion of the driveway and the roadway. The Public Works inspector for your area of town will meet with you
on site to discuss the work. His phone number will be on the permit.Your can explain to him what you were proposing,
but for now the permit indicates that that area would be asphalt. We have allowed the pavers off of alley ways and a
few other situations but since your driveway comes directly off the street it should conform to the exiting surrounding
materials to insure longevity.
Kirk Brooks
City of Everett Public Works Department Development Technician
3200 Cedar St, Everett, WA 98201
Office: 425-257-8810
Direct: 425-257-8814
Email: kbrooks everettwa.qov
All emails, and attachments, sent to and from City of Everett are public
records and may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to RCW 42.56.
,
1
