Olympic Security and Communications proposes to repair and replace fire damaged equipment and wiring as well as do an expansion to the existing system. The expansion is to incorporate the northeast mandoor and to secure the area defined 6y a temporary wall beyond the fire-damaged area. Damage occurred in our observation to wiring associated with both the intrusion and fire detection system as well as the camera system. - Our work will include: � Replace the damaged cabling on the east end of the building. The system is being reduced due to the removed fire sprinkler risers in #he fire area. • Replace two (2) damaged CCTV cameras on the east end. • NOTE: There may be additional damage tF�at we have not discovered which may result in increased costs. • Remove/delete the inferior door sensor�n the middle east slider. • Install Two (2) Motion Sensors at the temporary delineation wall/shop to provide _ _ security in the northeasf shop area. • Update system software to accommodate the system changes. This update _ ___ . requires the system be substantially tesfed/verified (NFPA code requirement). Fire Damage Repair Cost: $4,800 - - Addition to System: ' • Remove and box-for-pickup the Sonitrol equipment on the north walL • Install a new keypad and zone expansion module at northeast door. - � Contact the northeast mandoor and overhead door. -- - • Replace/upgrade the camera system recorder to,accommodate remote monitoring of cameras.
