The City of Everett has directed install of a backflow preventer on a water main that I'm told is on BNSF property—see <br /> attached email and plan received from City. We are a contractor that may be installing this device, pending our pricing <br /> to the owner of the property that this water main supplies. Steve Clay with Bartlett and West suggested we contact you <br /> for information on what this work would require.
