KPFF has been selected from <br /> the Municipal Resource and Services Center Roster to provide the civil engineering services for the project. <br /> The scope of the recommended Professional Services Agreement(PSA)is to prepare a preliminary design <br /> and construction cost estimate for the parking lot and the cost for these services is an amount not to exceed <br /> $23,000. <br /> Staff will recommend that the PSA and Ordinance be amended in the future after the preliminary design has <br /> been completed and an agreement has been reached with Snohomish County 911 regarding funding <br /> responsibility for the remaining design tasks and parking lot construction. <br /> RECOMIVIENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with KPFF for Civil Engineering Services <br /> for the South Precinct—Parking Lot Expansion Projetin the amount not to exceed$23,000. <br />
