• <br /> 7 <br /> unless earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 below, PROVIDED <br /> HOWEVER, that the team of this Agreement may be extended or renewed for up to one <br /> (1) additional three (3) year term by written notice from the County to the City, <br /> PROVIDED FURTHER that each party's obligations after December 31, 2018, are <br /> contingent upon local legislative appropriation of necessary funds for this specific <br /> purpose in accordance with applicable law. <br /> 3. Administrators. <br /> Each party to this Agreement shall designate an individual (an "Administrator"), <br /> who may be designated by title or position, to oversee and administer such party's <br /> participation in this Agreement. Scope of Services. <br /> The scope of the road and street services (the"Services") includes but shall not be <br /> limited to the following: <br /> a. Construction of small capital projects on City streets and bridges, ot <br /> subject to mandatory competitive bidding, as determined by the City, <br /> and which do not exceed $10,000 for a single project or activity as <br /> established by state law. <br /> b. Maintenance services on City streets and bridges (including, but not <br /> limited to the list of municipal road and street services contained in <br /> Appendix A and B), to maintain the facility, as nearly as practical in <br /> its original as constructed condition or its subsequently improved <br /> condition, and the operation of roadway facilities and services to <br /> provide satisfactory and safe motor vehicle transportation. <br /> c.
