1. The Applicant requested approval o(a special Property Use Permit for an �bove <br /> ground communications facility to be located within a B-2, Community Business <br /> Zone al 1331 - 112th Street SE, Everett,Washington. The proposal includes <br /> placement of a 7�-foot high Snohomish County PUD utility pole on City ric�ht-oi- <br /> way. Threo panei antennas will be placed on ihe tap of the polo. Four cabinets <br /> wouid be installed within an equipment compound on pnvate property Iocated <br /> near Ihe utilily pole. (finding 1) <br /> 2. The General Evaluation criteria for Special Property Use Permits in the Ciry of <br /> Everett have been identified in finding Jf4. The proposal satisfies �heso criteria in <br /> the manner as set forih tindings 5 - 16. <br /> 3, The Specific Evaluation criteria for poles as sel forth EMC 19.41.150.D.1(b) have <br /> been identi(ied in finding i117. These criteria are satisfied pursuant to findings <br /> �� - 2n. <br /> DECISION <br /> Based upon the precedinc� Findinys of Fact and Conclusions, teslimony and evidence <br /> submitted at the pubiic hearing, and upon lhe impressinn of the Hearing Examiner at a <br /> sitc view, it is hereby ordered the requested Special PropeRy Use Permit for an above <br /> ground communication facility located in a B-2, Community Business Zone at 1331 - <br /> 112th Street SE, Everett, Washington, �J8201, is granted subject to the following <br /> conditions <br /> 1. Tho Applicant shall provide a landscaped strip a minimum of ten feet in width <br /> with Type II landscaping irom the southwest comer of the property 40 feet <br /> northward along Interstate 5. in addition, the Appticant shall provide a <br /> landsr,aped strip a minimum of tive feet in width with Type III landscaping from <br /> the southwest comer o1 the properly 40 feet eastward along 112 Street 5E. <br /> 2. The Applicant shall enclose the equipment compound with a solid wood fence. <br /> 3.
