Tho Applicant shall provide a landscaped strip a minimum of ten feet in width with Type II landscaping irom the southwest comer of the property 40 feet northward along Interstate 5. in addition, the Appticant shall provide a landsr,aped strip a minimum of tive feet in width with Type III landscaping from the southwest comer o1 the properly 40 feet eastward along 112 Street 5E. 2.
