I am following up our conversation with a <br /> letter confirming the notice provided to Lamar Advertising. Thank you for confirming the <br /> 60 day notice provision in our agreement. <br /> HopeWorks Social Enterprises is the owner of the property on the east side of the 3300 <br /> block of Broadway in Everett, upon which Lamar Advertising (formerly Clear Channel) <br /> currently leases for purposes of a billboard. HopeWorks intends to develop the site into a <br /> mixed use development consisting of affordable housing and a workforce development <br /> center for homeless and very low-income populations. We anticipate beginning <br /> ] construction in March 2018. <br /> This letter serves as notice to terminate the lease and remove the billboard on or before <br /> February 28,2018. <br /> We have appreciated the collaborative nature of our relationship with Clear Channel and <br /> now with Lamar Advertising.
