Please discard the previously submitted drawing. Response: v1. The access to the toilet room should not pass through the kitchen or food preparation areas. Please see re-submitted drawing page-1,we have added walls and or dividers to create a pass-way to the restroom. 2. Access to the toilet rooms is required for the patrons of the food service, since tables and chairs are being /provided Same as Item-1 3. The total occupant load should be shown.not to exceed 3() for the suite, a posted occupancy- sign will be required, and should be shown on the plans. Please provide • occupancy- calculations Please see Page-i, "Occupancy Load" illustration and "Occupancy Load Calculation" chart. Please see Page-1, Floor Plan. An OCC sign will be posted at SW corner of the Space. 4. A commercial kitchen permit application is required All deferred permit applications are listed under "Permit Requirement" on Page-1 (Upper-Left) including the kitchen exhaust system. The permit application will be submitted by a mechanical contractor following the guideline of "Hood& Exhaust Assembly" (On Page-2), and the system maybe modified, updated and inspected. PS. a. A complete application has been submitted to the Snohomish Health District on April-20, 2017 b. Our plumbing contractor will submit application for plumbing permit separately including the sizing of the grease trap.
