t OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON
alie4""' City Council 3 '5/68
r°
e __T Permit No. 2639 B.4. V.* Gatti
M The applicant has graded the parking lot west of the Church building so that the lot
E drains to the sewer. The only drainage water going to Federal is from the east-west
S private street north of the Church. We understand that the street is owned by
S Drs. VanBuskirk E Fey and the Church. The drainage water fin m the private street
A will run north on Federal for approximately 100 feet, then go westerly down a ravine
owned by Drs. VanBuskirkkiand Fey. Because of these facts, the street drainage inlets,
E _pipe, taead_r ehu ss® Gld either be installed, now or at.a-later date when the present
^ATE
_private street is deeded to the_.City_for a public street. . All,Departments_1ave,approved
the north driveway, two have approved the south driveway, and three have recommended
R that approval of the south driveway be denied. I would recommend that the south
E driveway be denied unless it is made a one-way entrance only driveway and so posted
by signs at the owner's expense. However, if the applicant could revise the traffic
L pattern through their area so that the south driveway could be eliminated. I would
Y recommend that this be done.
ACTION MEMO.
