At your request, we have <br /> completed a geotechnical review of the design plans for the Langus residence to be <br /> constructed at 2207 Gibson Place, which is one of the building lot of the "Gibson Bluff' <br /> development. <br /> After reviewing the Langus Residence design plans, it is our opinion that the geotechnical <br /> recommendations in our 8/18/2014 report have been substantially incorporated into the <br /> design plans.
