The submitted drawing indicates that the <br /> configuration has changed such that fewer numbers of van accessible stalls are provided, and <br /> no dimensions are shown on the drawing, other than the access aisle. The original <br /> configuration is attached. Although resizing of the van accessible stall is allowed under current <br /> code adopted standards, the reason for doing so on this restoration permit is not clear. Please <br /> submit a response letter indicating why this revision is proposed, and under which code, last <br /> permitted or current, for which this submittal is in compliance. <br /> Please note that federal ADA, FHA, and Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines and regulations <br /> may be more restrictive. Compliance with these regulations is the responsibility of the owner of <br /> the building. <br /> These comments address building issues only.
