Verizon TAC SEA Dagmar-17048.214 September 18,2017 <br /> Structural Analysis Report Page 2 of 4 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> CG Engineering was retained by New Wave Architecture to provide structural analysis of the existing <br /> tower for the site modifications proposed by Verizon. <br /> Tower Status: ADEQUATE(53.1%) <br /> TOWER DESCRIPTION <br /> The Engineered Endeavors, Inc.monopole consists of three 18-sided overlapping pole sections and one <br /> rounded section equaling 150' in total height.The pole tapers approximately 0.154-inches per foot of <br /> height from the base. This monopole was designed and erected in 2004. <br /> New Wave Architecture provided us with the original erection drawings and structural analysis which <br /> have been attached for reference. All geometry, member sizes,and material strengths used in our <br /> analysis are based on this information which has been detailed on our attached monopole elevation. <br /> APPURTENANCE CONFIGURATION <br /> The tower was analyzed using the appurtenance configuration specified in the following table. All <br /> loading was provided to us from the Client. This table includes all known existing and future antennas <br /> for this site. Proposed appurtenances are shown in bold. <br /> Antenna.
