Other amenities include outdoor <br /> plaza spaces, pedestrian improvements, parking, and future mixed-use buildings. A preliminary cost <br /> estimate is also included in our scope of work. <br /> We understand that the City intends to present these preliminary concept drawings and cost estimate to an <br /> academic institution to help describe the potential for developing the site for their use. <br /> A detailed scope of services is provided below. <br /> BASIC ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES: <br /> Conceptual Design Services $ 7,500.00 <br /> 1. Develop a three-dimensional massing model of site, accommodating Phase I and Phase II academic <br /> and housing options, future mixed-use development and parking. <br /> 2. Based on feedback from the client, develop 3-4 renderings describing the character and quality of the <br /> spaces. <br /> 3. Prepare budget cost estimate for Phase I construction, including soft costs. <br /> 4. Review conceptual drawings and estimates with the client and clarify project requirements before <br /> proceeding. <br /> 5.
