Upon annexation of the above-described property, all of said <br /> property shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate on the same basis as other <br /> property located within the City of Everett is assessed and taxed, to pay for <br /> anythen outstanding indebtedness of the City of Everett contracted prior to or <br /> exsting at the date of this annexation. In addition, the annexed area will remain <br /> responsible unto any other lawfully formed municipal corporation to which the <br /> property is obligated at the time of annexation subject to a specific lien. Further, <br /> the City of Everett may incur additional operating expenses in supplying water or <br /> sewage unto persons who are located within the annexed area.
