• . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. I <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning <br /> Map of the City of Everett as provided <br /> by Everett Municipal Code, <br /> Title 19, Ord. 3572 as amended. <br /> Rezone <br /> 19th Avenue SE and 100th Street S.E. <br /> WHEREAS, on November 16, 1982, the City of Everett Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing regarding establishing zoning for the hereinafter described <br /> property at such time as the property annexes to the City of Everett; and <br /> . WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendation of <br /> the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned B-1 <br /> Neighborhood Shopping Zone, R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone and <br /> R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone as shown on Map marked Exhibit 1 <br /> and described below, with contract. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain; <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of Everett does hereby find that the <br /> zoning hereinafter setforth is in the best interest of the City <br /> of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Section 2: That the proposed zoning is based on some of the property <br /> owners executing the concomitant agreement (Exhibit 2) to <br /> the establishment of zoning on their property which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Section 3: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by <br /> Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ord. No. 3572, Sec. 4 as <br /> amended) is hereby amended to show R-1 Single Family Low <br /> Density Residence Zone as is set forth in Exhibit 3 which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> EXCEPT for the following described parcels which shall be <br /> zoned as follows: <br /> A. That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ord. No. <br /> 3572, Sec. 4, as amended) is hereby amended to show B- <br /> 1 Neighborhood Shopping Zone with contract for the <br /> following described parcels: <br /> West 528 feet of the north 165 feet of the NWY% of the <br /> NW% of said Section 20, Township 28N, Range 5E.W.M. <br /> LESS existing rights-of-way known as 100th Street S. E. <br /> and 19th Avenue S. E. (Bothell-Everett Highway), and the <br /> S 182.5 feet of W 205 feet of NY2 SWY4 SWY4 SW% of said <br /> Section 17, Township 28, Range 05 E. W. M.
