• . ORDINANCE NO. I AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19, Ord. 3572 as amended. Rezone 19th Avenue SE and 100th Street S.E. WHEREAS, on November 16, 1982, the City of Everett Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishing zoning for the hereinafter described property at such time as the property annexes to the City of Everett; and . WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned B-1 Neighborhood Shopping Zone, R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone and R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone as shown on Map marked Exhibit 1 and described below, with contract. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain; Section 1: That the City Council of Everett does hereby find that the zoning hereinafter setforth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan. Section 2: That the proposed zoning is based on some of the property owners executing the concomitant agreement (Exhibit 2) to the establishment of zoning on their property which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ord. No. 3572, Sec. 4 as amended) is hereby amended to show R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone as is set forth in Exhibit 3 which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. EXCEPT for the following described parcels which shall be zoned as follows: A. That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ord. No. 3572, Sec. 4, as amended) is hereby amended to show B- 1 Neighborhood Shopping Zone with contract for the following described parcels: West 528 feet of the north 165 feet of the NWY% of the NW% of said Section 20, Township 28N, Range 5E.W.M. LESS existing rights-of-way known as 100th Street S. E. and 19th Avenue S. E. (Bothell-Everett Highway), and the S 182.5 feet of W 205 feet of NY2 SWY4 SWY4 SW% of said Section 17, Township 28, Range 05 E. W. M. LESS existing right-of-way known as 19th Avenue S.E.
