, • <br /> . v . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 3 and 5 of Ordi- <br /> nance No. 637-79 as amended by Ordinances No. <br /> 713-80 and 813-81 rebudgeting revenues for <br /> Fund No. 336: Water Reservoir No. 6 Construction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT: <br /> Section 1 : That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 637-79, as amended by Ordi- <br /> nances No. 713-80 and 813-81 which read as follows : <br /> Section 5: <br /> A. The sum of $8,500,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 336, <br /> "Design and Construction of Water Reservoir No. 6" , as follows : <br /> 1 . Programs 749, 750, 751 , 752 and <br /> 753 - Water Reservoir No. 6 $8,500,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> 1 . From the sale of Revenue Bonds and <br /> interest earned on invested funds <br /> during construction $7,552,020 <br /> 2. From Department of Social and Health <br /> Services Grant for Project accepted <br /> during Sept. 9, 1981 Council meeting 947,980 <br /> TOTAL $8,500,000 <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 5 : <br /> A. The sum of $8,5000,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 336, <br /> "Design and Construction of Water Reservoir No. 6" , as follows : <br /> 1 . Programs 749, 750, 751 , 752 and 753 - <br /> Water Reservoir No. 6 $8,500,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> 1 .
