Exhibit "A"
Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget,
Payment, Notices, and Representatives
I. Scope of Service
A. Activities/Project Description
The Subgrantee will be responsible for administering the Village Impact Project program in a manner
satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of providing these
funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community Development
Block Grant Program:
Program Delivery
Activity: The Village Impact Project will provide rental assistance to families in our target area
(Casino Road/Madison Neighborhoods).
General Administration
Hand in Hand's method is to build relationships with at risk families living in poverty through on and
offsite activities. Then, through these relationships, we connect families with local resources and
service providers. Hand in Hand will monitor CDBG funds and review quarterly (at a minimum) to
ensure all funds are dispersed during the reporting period. The emergency basic need of our clients
will outweigh the available funding.
A-]
