Height limitations of structures adjacent to residential areas to the east <br /> of the property shall be determined by light and shadow impacts on <br /> existing residential uses, architectural design and landscaping, screening <br /> or berming. <br /> 6. Transportation and Circulation <br /> A. Main access to the property will be from 100th Street Southwest; no <br /> traffic will be allowed to potentially access through 18th Avenue West <br /> and any residential areas. <br /> B. Development of the property shall assure adequate improvements, right- <br /> of-way and pavement width along the frontage of 100th Street Southwest <br /> to accommodate the type and ultimate volume of traffic anticipated to <br /> be generated by the user. <br /> C.
