Phasing Plan <br /> As part of the final site plan review, there shall be an indication of the <br /> measures to be taken in achieving compatibility with adjacent residential <br /> development during site preparation and construction of improvements. <br /> Potential impacts to be addressed are dust, noise, and visual. <br /> ii <br /> II 19. Site Preparation <br /> Site preparation shall not be allowed until after the final site plan approval. <br /> 20.
