• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ;?.74 -g...2, <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of <br /> the budget for the City of Everett for 1982 <br /> and amending Ordinance No. 821-81 as amended <br /> by Ordinance Nos. 859-82, 862-82, 870-82, and <br /> 874-82 and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local , state <br /> and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the <br /> 1982 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following <br /> amendments shall be made to the 1982 budget: <br /> Section 1 : That the sum of $20,000.00 be appropriated in the following <br /> manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 120 - Street <br /> 1 . Program 612 - Street Overlay <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 821-81 $ 700,000.00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation 20,000.00 <br /> New Program Total $ 720,000.00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> Additional c Sales Tax, effective 7/1/82 <br /> d.
