_ 1� ORDINANCE NO. 874-82 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1982 and amending Ordinance No. 821-81 as amended by Ordinance Nos. 859-82 , 862-82 and 870-82 , and declaring an emergency to exist. WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local , state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1982 budget; and WHEREAS , the source and application of funds have been identi- fied; NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the fol- lowing amendments shall be made to the 1982 budget: Section 1 : That the sum of $ (4 , 595 . 83) be appropriated in the following manner: a. Appropriation, Fund 198 - Community Development Block Grants 1.
