Ranges for AFSCME, Local 113; Everett Firefighters, Local 350; Everett Police Officers <br /> Association; Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 883; and the Snohomish County Building and <br /> Construction Trades Council are stipulated in their collective bargaining agreements. <br /> C. Ranges prefaced by "P" are established by the City Council in accordance with the City Charter <br /> of Everett. <br /> D. Range numbers prefaced by "R" are considered to be the minimum, mid-point and maximum <br /> salary ranges within which the Mayor may set the salary to be paid to employees covered by the <br /> compensation ordinance. <br />
