ORDINANCE NO. a'-1/.8-&2 AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property to the City of Everett for municipal purposes. (Lab r tr,1 k, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett finds that under the provisions of RCW 35.13.180 and 35.22.570, the City can and should annex certain City of Everett owned property outside its City limits, as hereinbelow more particularly described, for municipal purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that proper notice has been filed with the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board as required by law; and WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board did at their regular meeting of March 9, 1982, declined to invoke jurisdiction conditioned upon the de- annexation of any portion of the hereinbelow described annexed area if sold or exchanged for other than municipal purposes; and WHEREAS, the 60 day request for review period will expire on April 20, 1982; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the aforesaid findings, recitals and determinations are hereby found to be true and correct in all respects; all requirements of the law in regard to the annexation as per RCW 35.13.180 and 35.22.570 have been complied with. Section 2: That it is further determined that the below-described property is being annexed into the City of Everett for municipal purposes, to-wit; To construct and maintain a water filtration facility within existing watershed, and such other municipal purposes as are deemed appropriate. Section 3: That the property which is annexed to the City is described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Sec 36 Twp 29 N R 7 EWM; thence South along the West line of said Section 36 to its center; thence East along the East-West centerline of said Section 36 to the Westerly line of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of said Section 36; thence South along the'Westerly line of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of said Section 36; to the North line of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of said section 36; thence Easterly along the North line of the South half of the South half of said Section 36 to the Easterly line of said Section 36; thence South along the Easterly line of said Section 36 to the Southeast corner thereof; (said point being a common point on Township 29 N Range 7 EWM and Township 28 N Range 8 EWM) thence West along the North line of Section 6 Township 28 N Range 8 EWM to its Northwest corner; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Section 6 to the South line of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of said Section 6; thence Easterly along the South line of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of said Section 6 to the West line of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of said Section 6; thence Southerly along said West line of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Section 6 to a point on the North line of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of said Section 6; thence Easterly along the North line of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 to the North-South center section line of said Section 6; thence Southerly along said North-South center section line to the North line of Section 7 Twp 28 N Rng 8 EWM; thence
