Section 3 : The total estimated costs of the improvements <br /> herein authorized is $2 , 000, 000 which includes all costs <br /> related to design, construction, equipment, financing, <br /> contract administration and associated costs. <br /> Section 4 : The Everett Housing Authority is hereby given <br /> responsibility of conducting all tasks outlined in <br /> Section 2. <br /> Section 5 : <br /> A. The sum of $2 , 000 , 000 is hereby appropriated to <br /> Fund No. 353 , "1982 Senior Housing Construction" . <br /> B. Source of Funds : <br /> General Obligation Bond Proceeds $2 , 000 , 000. 00 <br /> Total Funds $2 , 000 , 000 . 00 <br /> Section 6 : The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is <br /> hereby authorized to negotiate a reasonable rate of interest <br /> and issue interest bearing revenue warrants to satisfy <br /> interim construction costs not to exceed $2 , 000 , 000 .
