• No. $ On the first day of , 19 , unless the bond hereinafter described shall have been duly called for prior redemption and the redemption price shall have been paid or duly provided for, the City of Everett (the "City" ) will pay to bearer at the office of the City Treasurer, in Everett, Washington, or, at the option of the holder, at either of the fiscal agencies of the State of Washington, in the cities of Seattle, Washington and New York, New York, the amount shown hereon in lawful money of the United States of America, solely out of the sources referred to in said bond and Ordinance No. of the City, being the special fund of the City entitled "1982 City of Everett Water and Sewer Revenue Interim Financing Bond Fund" said amount being the inter- est due that day on its City of Everett Washington Water and Sewer Revenue Interim Financing Bond, 1982, dated January 1, 1982, and numbered CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON By (facsimile signature) Mayor ATTEST: (facsimile signature) City Clerk The registration certificate shall be printed on each Bond in substantially the following form: REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE This bond may be registered in the name of the holder at the office of Treasurer of the City in Everett, Washington, or, at the option of the holder, at either of the fiscal agencies of the State of Washington in the cities of Seattle, Washington, and New York, New York (collectively, the "Registrar" ) , as to principal only, such registration being noted hereon by the Registrar in the registration blank below, after which no transfer shall be valid unless made by the registered holder or his duly authorized agent, and similarly noted in the registration blank below; but it may be discharged from registration by being transferred to bearer, after which it shall be transferable by delivery and may again be registered as before. The registration of this bond as to prin- cipal shall not affect the negotiability of the coupons attached hereto, but the coupons may be surrendered and the interest made payable only to the registered holder, in which event the Regis- trar shall note in the blank below that this bond is registered as to interest as well as to principal . With the consent of the holder and of the State of Wash- ington, but always at the expense of the holder, this bond when coverted into a bond registered as to both principal and interest may be reconverted into a coupon bond and again converted into a bond registered as to principal, or as to both principal and interest, as hereinabove provided.
