exists and as it may later be added to, extended and improved, and <br /> the existing water supply and distribution system of the City, <br /> including the interest of the City in the water supply facilities <br /> constructed by P.U.D. No. 1 of Snohomish County pursuant to the <br /> Sultan River Project Agreement, as it now exists and as it may <br /> later be added to, extended and improved, for as long as the Bonds <br /> remain outstanding. <br /> (v) The words "Term Bonds" mean any Parity Bonds identified <br /> as such in the ordinance authorizing the issuance thereof, the <br /> payment of which is provided for by a requirement for mandatory <br /> deposits of money into a "Sinking Fund Account" in the Revenue <br /> Bond Fund. The Bonds maturing in the year 2002 are Term Bonds. <br /> Section 2 . Plan of Additions to the System. The following <br /> plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of addi- <br /> tions and betterments to the water supply and distribution facil- <br /> ities of the System is hereby specified and adopted, to wit: <br /> The City shall acquire, construct and install a direct <br /> filtration water treatment facility at Lake Chaplain in the Sultan <br /> River Basin. Said facility is more fully described in plans and <br /> specifications therefor prepared by Gray and Osborne, Inc . and now <br /> on file with the City. <br /> The City shall provide all equipment, connections and appur- <br /> tenances together with all work as may be incidental and necessary <br /> to complete said facility, including, but not limited to, wash- <br /> water disposal facilities, system separation and emergency pre- <br /> treatment facilities. The foregoing facility shall be integrated <br /> into the existing water supply and distribution facilities of the <br /> System as required to provide a fully operational facility. <br /> -5- BD338 81/12/22 <br />
