exists and as it may later be added to, extended and improved, and the existing water supply and distribution system of the City, including the interest of the City in the water supply facilities constructed by P.U.D. No. 1 of Snohomish County pursuant to the Sultan River Project Agreement, as it now exists and as it may later be added to, extended and improved, for as long as the Bonds remain outstanding. (v) The words "Term Bonds" mean any Parity Bonds identified as such in the ordinance authorizing the issuance thereof, the payment of which is provided for by a requirement for mandatory deposits of money into a "Sinking Fund Account" in the Revenue Bond Fund. The Bonds maturing in the year 2002 are Term Bonds. Section 2 . Plan of Additions to the System. The following plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of addi- tions and betterments to the water supply and distribution facil- ities of the System is hereby specified and adopted, to wit: The City shall acquire, construct and install a direct filtration water treatment facility at Lake Chaplain in the Sultan River Basin. Said facility is more fully described in plans and specifications therefor prepared by Gray and Osborne, Inc . and now on file with the City. The City shall provide all equipment, connections and appur- tenances together with all work as may be incidental and necessary to complete said facility, including, but not limited to, wash- water disposal facilities, system separation and emergency pre- treatment facilities. The foregoing facility shall be integrated into the existing water supply and distribution facilities of the System as required to provide a fully operational facility. -5- BD338 81/12/22
