This analysis has been performed in accordance with the Crown Castle Structural `Statement of Work' and the terms of Crown Castle Purchase Order Number 1024852, in accordance with application 387666, revision 1. The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the tower stress level. Based on our analysis we have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the following load case, to be: LC5: Existing + Proposed Equipment Sufficient Capacity Note:See Table I and Table II for the proposed and existing loading, respectively. The analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2016 Washington Building Code, WAC Chapter 51-50 (2015 International Building Code) based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 110 mph converted to a nominal 3-second gust wind speed of 85 mph per Section 1609.3.1 as required for use in the TIA-222-G Standard per Exception #5 of Section 1609.1.1. Exposure Category C and Risk Category II were used in this analysis. The Seismic Design Category is D and the Site Class is C, as determined in "Appendix C—Additional Calculations"of this report. All modifications and equipment proposed in this report shall be installed in accordance with the appurtenances listed in Tables 1 and 2 and the attached drawing for the determined available structural capacity to be effective.
