L� 0 Sabrina, We have come up with a different solution to the parking control equipment at our Pacific campus garage that fronts Pacific Avenue. We have eliminated the previously submitted center island which did not provide the minimum width of 20 feet for the Everett Fire Department. Our new design shows a single island all the way to the West up against our planter wall, a new 18 foot long single gate and a net clearance of 20 feet from island to the West and Curb to the East. I am including a site dimensioned layout to the scale of 1" = 20' and a detailed layout of the island where the gate and parking equipment will be installed. Please accept these drawings as our resubmittal for permit. Thank you, David A.
