EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Provide sound system and operator for the following events: <br /> Ten Thursday night waterfront concerts <br /> Eight Saturday night waterfront concerts <br /> Seven Children's Thursday morning concerts at Silver Lake <br /> 4th of July Parade sound for the emcee staid during the parade <br /> 4th of July Festival -both sound for the man stage and children's stage <br /> Weather related cancellation: Service Provider is excl usively responsible for determining whether the cancel an <br /> event due to weather. If Service Provider determines to cancel an event, Service Provider will promptly notify the <br /> City.
